FUNCTIONS

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

We will hold a tentative booking for a maximum of 14 days. If you do not confirm your booking in this time we reserve the right to release the space without notice.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT

Please confirm your booking, together with a deposit, within 14 days of the booking form being signed and returned. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Deposit to be equivalent to the venue hire. Credit card facilities available.

CHANGE OF MIND OR CHANGE OF ARRANGEMENT CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a booking must be advised in writing or email. If the event is cancelled with less than 14 day’s notice, the deposit may be refunded only if the booking capacity is resold. An administration fee of $100.00 will be deducted from all refunded deposits.

MANGATAINOKA MOTORS EVENTS

If in unfortunate circumstance we have to postpone a Mangatainoka Motors event to weather we will postpone the event to an alternative date. If you have registered your vehicle you registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot make the new date please contact us for a complete refund of your vehicle registration.

You cannot cancel and refund you registration cost due to a change of mind or arrangement. You will forfeit your registration fee which will then be donated to our Mangatainoka Reserve Restoration Project.
