The benefits are not transferable – so you can’t share your card with others. But you can pay for a group - or a round of drinks for example. It just needs to be paid for in one transaction (you can’t split the payment with others).

You need to swipe your card to get the benefits. Lost your card? No problemo! Next time you’re at Tui HQ ask our team to issue you a new card, easy as that!

Cards can be cancelled at Tui HQ’s discretion. Of course we’d prefer not to do that, so please respect the rules.
